When do I need to rewire my property?

Signs that you may need to rewire your home include circuit breakers that trip regularly, slight shocks from switches and outlets, frequently flickering or dimming lights, damaged or exposed wires and cables. Before a rewire, we strongly recommended getting an EICR. The inspection will inform the electrician of the current condition and will determine if any circuits don't require upgrading - ultimately conducting an EICR beforehand may save you money.
